1. Learn more about the company you are interviewing for such as who they are, what is their mission statement, and what current events have happened to the company in the news. Be prepared to ask and answer questions about the company. Doing these types of things shows your interest in the company and that you spent the time learning more about them.
2. Study the job description of the advertised job and have a true understanding of what the interviewer(s) are looking for. During the interview you'll need to show an understanding of the job details. Discuss examples from any previous jobs completed to show an understanding of the job description. It's important to do this for all of the traits or qualities being asked or requested. This is a great way to bring success to your job interview.
3. It’s important to be completely knowledgeable of your resume as the interviewers can ask you about anything within your resume. There is nothing more embarrassing than to have an interviewer ask you about certain things within your resume and don't have an idea what they are talking about. The interviewer will question whether you're serious about applying for the job and working with their company.
